Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad is on the way, in just under two weeks infact, but if you can’t wait until September the 13th for this tactical, multiplayer and damn realistic World War Two shooter, you can grab a demo for the PC now.
You’ll need a pretty high-spec PC and Microsoft Windows to play it but trust me, it’s worth it. The game will not be coming to consoles, perhaps because Tripwire would have to tone down so many things to get it to run at a satisfactory rate.
The beta features three playable maps in the game modes Countdown, Territory, and Firefight, the modes are all pretty self-explanitory. The game focuses on team-based online matches and boasts some very realistic graphics and character movement. The majority of the game is based around the Battle of Stalingrad, surprisingly enough, so things will be lively to say the least, but don’t just take it from me, go download it from the game’s official website, you won’t regret it.
