The latest installment in the acclaimed sci-fi shooter, Deus Ex has been delayed till August 23rd 2016 across all platforms, developer Square Enix revealed today.
Originally slated to make its debut in February 2016, the title was delayed in order to allow the development team to finetune the title and implement new features. David Anfossi of studio head at Eidos Montreal stated “As we are now playing through the game in full,” he said, adding, “we can see that it will require more time in post-production for tuning, iterations and refinement to meet our high standards.”
For those who are unaware, Deus Ex Mankind Divided will see gamers take to the duressed cities of the planet as Adam Jensen, an augmented terror agent, in which players will be imbued with several of his cybernetic abilities, allowing them to thwart their aug foes.
