Earlier today Activision announced the official lunch trailer of the new TMNT game. The Heroes in a Half Shell are taking back the streets of New York, and they’re doing it with the kind of style that only PlatinumGames can deliver. Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael combine their unique skillsets to take on Bebop, Rocksteady, Shredder, and posse of other iconic bosses in the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan.
For years long time TMNT fans have been asking for a game that allows you to team up with friends in a little co-op action, and Mutants in Manhattan does just that. If online co-op isn’t your ideal focus, you can always play through the campaign individually and dynamically switch back and forth between each Turtle in the heat of battle.
Each Turtle has a unique set of maneuvers that bolsters the team’s offensive potential. And when the battle gets really tough, they can combine their strength for an enemy-obliterating team attack. But I should probably warn you; the Foot Clan won’t be easily defeated, even if your teammates are.
TMNT: Mutants in Manhattan is expected to hit shelves this summer on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.
