Outlast 2 was originally slated to debut on Xbox One PS4, and PC in late 2016, but the game’s developer, Red Barrels has now officially confirmed that their Horror Sequel has been delayed until the beginning of 2017.
The developer explained via a post of Facebook that it was not an easy decision for the development team to make but concluded that they could not promise that the title would be completed by its previously confirmed release window. During this time the development team will likely polish the games features as well as ensuring it will be completed by its new release window.
Outlast 2 is slated to debut on Xbox One, PS4, and PC in early 2017.
