Red Bull Hangar-7, located on the outskirts of the historic and picturesque Austrian city of Salzburg, will host the second Gran Turismo World Tour live event this Saturday, 22nd September.
The exhibition event will see 36 of the top FIA-certified Gran Turismo Championships competitors from 12 countries gather in the impressive glass and steel structure that is home to a stunning collection of aircraft, and racing cars and motorcycles.
Following the conclusion of the FIA Gran Turismo Championships online phase on GT Sport, the invitational gives some of the top competitors from around the world a chance to test their nerve on stage in advance of the official Regional Finals that begin with the Asia-Oceania Region in Tokyo on 6th-7th October.
The Gran Turismo Sport gamers from the 12-selected countries were invited to attend the event based on being among the top performers for their countries in the online competition. They will take part in a series of exhibition races that include Nations Cup and Manufacturer Series team races.
